  Oh wow. We recently went for a not-too-late-for-Spain 10pm dinner on a typical Saturday evening. After taking our order, we were waiting for around an hour before any food showed up. When it did, it came bit by bit, so some people were finished eating before others got their food. The duck was hugely overcooked, and resembled a shoe, but at least when we complained, they had another go, and it was much better the second time around. That said, on the other dishes, the sides were cold and seriously unappetising. They also managed to "lose" a dish, and rather than try and make it right, the waiter wanted to come and count the empty plates to make sure we weren't lying. Seriously.

  Overall, with the exception of the waitress, Laura, who is an absolute star, and did everything she could to sort things out for us, I can't really think of much positive to say about it all. We went the previous year, and everything was fine, but this time around, a disaster.
